The Karandaaz Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed quotations for the supply, installation, and configuration of specialized SWIFT Connectivity Link services for the State Bank of Pakistan. This project entails establishing a robust network infrastructure compliant with SWIFT Alliance Connect Silver requirements to facilitate secure financial messaging. The scope of work involves providing three MPLS-based leased lines with 2 Mbps bandwidth each, strategically distributed across two sites in Karachi and one Disaster Recovery site in Hyderabad. The selected service provider will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, including the provision of CPE routers, fiber optic cabling using UPVC piping, and comprehensive testing and commissioning. Eligibility is strictly limited to SWIFT authorized partners or designated connectivity resellers with a verifiable support presence in Karachi and a minimum average annual turnover of 0.35 million USD. Interested firms must submit separate technical and financial proposals, including a 10 percent performance guarantee, ensuring all documentation is delivered by the deadline of 14 May 2026.
