Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the installation of fiber optic based internet services at its Headquarter in Islamabad and various regional offices across Pakistan. The project scope involves providing a dedicated 50 Mbps CIR bandwidth with a pool of 16 live IPs for the Islamabad office, along with internet connectivity for regional offices in Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Sialkot, and Hyderabad. Interested Internet Service Providers must provide comprehensive installation, free maintenance, and repair services. To be eligible, bidders must be registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR and provide proof of GST and NTN registration alongside a non-blacklisting certificate. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure conducted via the EPADS Version 2.0 system. A bid security amounting to 2 percent of the total quoted tender cost must be submitted with the financial proposal. The deadline for electronic submission through the EPADS portal is 09:30 AM on 18 May 2026.
