PMDC seeks rock salt transportation from Jansukh Mine No. 47 (Warcha) under FY 2026-27 budget.
This is operational logistics support for active mining—likely recurring annual or multi-year engagement given mine operations continuity. Scale appears medium (single mine site, established facility). Least-cost selection means pricing discipline critical; no technical complexity but logistics reliability paramount. Tight 10-month closure timeline suggests established supplier base expected.
Who can bid: Must be registered on EPADS v2.0 portal. Typically requires NTN/SECP registration for Pakistani firms; no specific PEC category mentioned (transportation services). No restriction on entity size stated. Foreign bidders not explicitly excluded but EPADS registration requirement may de facto limit participation.
