This procurement seeks a specialized service provider to offer industrial support including 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD modeling on a job-to-job basis for local manufacturing industries. Eligible candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree along with a two-year Mechanical Draughtsman Certificate. Extensive professional experience is required, including at least 12 years in 3D scanning and industrial product development, plus 10 years of experience conducting CAD/CAM technical courses. The scope of work involves operating advanced measurement equipment, converting physical components into precise 2D and 3D digital models, and preparing detailed engineering and fabrication drawings. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals via the E-PADS system, accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on E-Stamp Paper. The initial contract duration is for one year, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on performance.
