A framework service contract for photostat operations at a major teaching hospital with estimated annual value of PKR 1.8 million. This is a recurring contract for the full financial year, requiring operational readiness and capacity to handle hospital-wide document copying needs. Bidders should note the tight submission deadline and requirement to mark physical attendance on the same day as bid opening; typical photostat contractors in Punjab should have established equipment, experienced staff, and proven ability to serve institutional clients.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates, be financially sound, and be registered with Punjab E-Procurement Systems and PPRA. Typically, photostat service providers must demonstrate operational capacity, equipment ownership or lease, and prior experience with institutional clients. Blacklisting by PPRA or the hospital is disqualifying.
