Three small-scale canal maintenance contracts (vegetation removal, bank stabilization) across 6-month period totaling ~Rs 2.58M.
Individual work values Rs 858K–861K suggest targeting of smaller contractors. Tight 11-month deadline from notice to execution. Bundled as single tender inviting bids per work, indicating PPRA standardization; recurring seasonal maintenance pattern typical of irrigation operations. Notable: mandatory digital submission and performance guarantee add compliance burden.
