The COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized biological cells for consumable and animal studies at the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Biomedical Materials (IRCBM). This tender, funded under the CANNENTA project, specifically seeks high-quality Human Follicle Dermal Papilla Cells (HFDPC) and Gibco Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) or their technical equivalents. Bidders must be registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR for both GST and Income Tax. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure conducted via the PPRA EPADS system. All submissions must include a non-refundable tender fee of 1,500 Rupees and a bid security of 20,000 Rupees. Vendors are required to provide a six-month replacement warranty ensuring the viability and authenticity of the supplied cell lines. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 13 May 2026."
