Framework Contract for Supply of Lab Kits and Chemical Items to Social Security Hospital Sargodha

The Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha, a public healthcare institution in Punjab, invites bids for a framework contract on an item-wise basis for the supply of laboratory kits and chemical items during the financial year 2026–27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-procurement system under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority framework. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 22,00,000. The contract will be awarded on a FOR basis at the consignee's location in Sargodha. This is a recurring framework contract allowing the hospital to procure various lab consumables and reagents on an as-needed basis throughout the fiscal year.

Eligible bidders must be pharmaceutical manufacturers or sole agents of foreign principals registered with the e-procurement system and PPRA. Bidders blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Sargodha are not permitted to participate. All interested firms must submit a bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid amount in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order through Bank of Punjab. The bid security must be submitted in physical form to the Medical Superintendent's office on or before the closing date and time, with a scanned copy uploaded to the e-procurement platform.
