Government Superior Science College, Peshawar invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the solarization of the Administration Block with installation of a 10 kilowatt hybrid solar system including battery backup. The estimated project cost is Rs. 2,000 million (approximately), with a bid security requirement of 2 percent of the estimated cost (Rs. 40,000). This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Act, 2012 and KPPRA Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS with an active supplier account and meet all enlishment and registration requirements applicable to the work, including valid Higher Education Department enlistment where applicable. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous body and shall submit the required undertaking or affidavit. The non-refundable bidding document fee is Rs. 500, and bid security of Rs. 40,000 must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favour of the Principal, Government Superior Science College, Peshawar.
