Specialized vehicle fabrication contract for five mobile food testing laboratories—a niche capability requirement combining automotive bodywork with lab equipment integration.
Government procurement suggests stable funding but demands compliance with KP Public Procurement Rules and EPADS submission protocol. Five-unit order indicates modest production scale; pre-bid meeting suggests technical complexity warranting clarification. One-off procurement for a provincial authority with no indication of future repeat orders. Tight timeline (bid deadline 28 October 2026) requires immediate documentation assembly.
Who can bid: Tender does not specify PEC category, NTN/SECP registration, or explicit restrictions. Typically, vehicle fabrication contracts require PEC registration (Category F or relevant subdivision), active NTN, sales tax registration, and track record in automotive manufacturing or similar fabrication. Government procurement typically mandates no blacklisting by PPRA or relevant authorities.
