COMSATS University Islamabad, Principal Seat, Park Road, Islamabad invites sealed e-bids for the disposal and public auction of university vehicles on an as-is and where-is basis. The complete auction procedure will be conducted online via EPADS Version 2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Interested bidders are required to register on the platform and participate through the electronic system. Vehicles available for auction can be inspected at COMSATS University Islamabad, Park Road location from Monday to Thursday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until one day before the closing date. Inspection contact number is 051-9049-5415. Entry to the campus is through Gate 1.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to possess a valid Pakistan CNIC to participate in the auction. Bid security must be submitted separately for each vehicle in the form of a Demand Draft or Pay Order (FTN/NTN: 9013701-9) payable to COMSATS University Islamabad. Cash is not acceptable. Original bid security documents must reach the Treasurer Department, 3rd Floor, Faculty Block-2, before the closing date and time, and a scanned copy must be uploaded to EPADS 2.0. The CNIC of the bidder can be entered where NTN is required.
Bid documents and complete terms and conditions are available on the EPADS portal. Successful bidders must deposit the full auction amount within 5 working days, and vehicles will be handed over within 3 working days after full payment is deposited in the CUI Account. Pay Orders cannot be adjusted against final payment.
