Cantonment Board Bahawalpur invites electronic proposals from eligible and experienced multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consulting firms for provision of consultancy services for detailed planning, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and allied engineering design for the proposed Club/Gymkhana Facility at Bahawalpur Cantonment, Punjab. The project encompasses a site measuring approximately 22 Kanals and includes preparation of working drawings, bills of quantities, engineering and cost estimates, technical specifications and complete tender and construction documentation. The estimated consultancy fee is 2.5 million Pakistani rupees. Interested firms must possess valid professional registrations and tax status as prescribed in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must hold valid legal status with FBR NTN or active taxpayer status and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the required consultancy disciplines. Architectural services must be led by an appropriately qualified professional registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP). Bidders must demonstrate documented experience in comparable multidisciplinary architectural and engineering design assignments, preferably involving club, gymkhana, hospitality, wellness, sports, institutional or similar public-building facilities, and provide qualified key personnel with verifiable qualifications and professional registrations. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated amount is required. Bidders blacklisted, debarred or declared ineligible by any government or public sector organization shall not be eligible.
Electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before 26 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Technical proposals shall be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM, and financial proposals of only technically qualified firms shall be opened subsequently on a date notified through EPADS.
