For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Single-room repair and maintenance job at a federal executive building—likely modest scope confined to Room 232-E at PMIC.
Procurement uses least-cost selection, meaning competitive pricing is decisive; technical compliance alone will not differentiate you. Four-year timeline suggests this is non-urgent, planned maintenance rather than emergency work. ePADS submission mandatory; ensure early registration to avoid platform delays.
Who can bid: Typically requires PEC registration (Category C minimum for maintenance works), valid NTN, and SECP incorporation. Must demonstrate relevant civil maintenance experience and financial soundness per Standard Bidding Document criteria. Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory—unregistered bidders cannot participate.
