Faisalabad Electric Supply Company invites Expressions of Interest from qualified consultancy firms for providing consultancy services related to System Augmentation Program, Millennium Development Goals, Sustainable Development Goals, SAP (DOP/ELR), Deposit Works, and Village/Rural Electrification projects in Punjab. The consultancy assignment covers technical and financial review and vetting of estimates, control of material issuance to contractors, verification of materials installed at site, monitoring of construction works against specifications and standards, submission of monthly progress reports, assistance in project acceptance, and preparation of completion reports. The initial contract duration is one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
Eligible applicants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and demonstrate minimum ten years of overall experience in power projects. Firms or Joint Ventures comprising not more than four local firms must have provided consultancy services for System Augmentation Program SAP (ELR/DOP), Deposit Works, and Rural Electrification projects valued at Rs. 2000 Million or more over the past five years. The Expression of Interest application form is available from the office of Project Director Construction, FESCO, Canal Road, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000.

The submission deadline and opening date/time are to be filled in by the issuing office.
