For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

DUHS is procuring three distinct packages: a substantial medical technology building construction at OJHA Campus Karachi, plus two solar power systems (450KW grid-tied and 100KW off-grid).
The construction project appears to be the primary scope; solar installations are ancillary. The October 31, 2026 deadline is tight. Bidders need FBR/NTN registration and must post tender fee plus securities. This appears to be a one-off capital project rather than recurring framework contract. The dual solar specifications suggest energy independence objectives for the new facility.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Income Tax Department, Sindh Revenue Service Board and Sales Tax Authority. For construction work, PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) category certification is typically required though not explicitly stated here. SECP registration for companies and valid NTN are standard prerequisites. Firms must be well-reputed with proven track record.
