Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the comprehensive addition, alteration, and improvement of various government residences across prime locations including GOR-II Bahawalpur House, GOR-III Shadman, and the Chauburji Garden Estate. This extensive renovation project is divided into twenty-four distinct lots, covering a wide range of residential units from category B to K. The scope of work involves essential civil improvements and structural maintenance intended for the 2025-26 financial year cycle. Each individual lot carries a specific estimated cost and a mandatory completion period of thirty days from the commencement date. To be eligible, interested firms must be currently registered and renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and specialization codes. All bidding processes, including technical and financial submissions, must be conducted electronically through the EPADS system. Bidders are required to submit their original bid security instruments to the Office of the Executive Engineer, 8th Buildings Division Lahore, before the submission deadline of 11:30 AM on 18 May 2026
