Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus in Wah Cantt, Punjab invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the waterproofing and painting of CGI sheet roofs. The project covers the roofs of the Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mathematics departments, totaling approximately 23,952 square feet of torch-on bituminous membrane application. The works include scraping, brushing, and removing old paint from metal surfaces followed by the application of enamel paint coats. Eligible bidders must be income tax and GST registered firms on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid PEC registration in Category C-5 or above with specialization code CE-01. Bidders must also demonstrate relevant experience with at least two similar projects completed within the last three years. A bid security of 150,000 PKR is required. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. The project must be completed within 30 days of the commencement order
