Description / Scope of Work
The Police Department, Investigation Wing in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance of the Deputy Inspector General of Police building for the financial year 2025-2026. This comprehensive project involves a wide range of civil, electrical, and plumbing works with an estimated cost of 40 million Rupees. The scope of work includes brickwork, concrete reinforcement, marble and granite installations, and extensive finishing such as plastic emulsion painting and weather shield application. Additionally, the project covers the fabrication of solid wood doors, kitchen cabinetry, and wardrobes. Electrical and sanitary upgrades are also required, including the installation of LED lighting systems, ceiling fans, and high-quality porcelain sanitary ware. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the C&W Department of Punjab. Eligibility requires completion of similar projects worth at least 5 million Rupees in the last three years. A 3 percent bid security of 1.2 million Rupees is mandatory. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be submitted manually at the DIG Investigation office by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026.
