The Military Engineer Services, HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala in Chaklala, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the provision of various facilities at multiple PAF Bases. This procurement encompasses eight distinct residential and infrastructure projects with estimated costs ranging from 12.5 million to over 57 million Rupees. The scope of work requires firms with specialized experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Eligibility is restricted to contractors enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 and above, with validity extending through June 2026, and a preference for firms already enlisted with MES in Category A. Non-enlisted firms must provide a two percent refundable bid security. Interested parties must furnish comprehensive documentation including work orders, bank statements, NTN certificates, and a three-year income tax return history. Completed bidding documents must be received at the HQ DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by 11:30 AM on 13 May 2026, where they will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same date.
