The Military Engineer Services in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the upgrade of premix road networks within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of the Additional Chief Engineer (Army) 4 Corps. This infrastructure project is part of a broader series of works including road widening, sewerage system upgrades, and electrical network provisions for the Lahore Cantonment and CMH Lahore. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and be borne on the approved list of MES in Category E and above. Applicants must provide a comprehensive portfolio of similar works executed over the last three years, financial statements, and a list of skilled personnel and equipment. A mandatory certificate confirming the absence of litigation with government departments is also required. Application for tender documents must reach the office by 05 May 2026. The final deadline for submission of technical and financial bids is 11:30 AM on 10 May 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
