The Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids from reputable original manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors for the renovation and up-gradation of washrooms in the P Block of the Pak Secretariat. This significant civil works project for the financial year 2025-26 involves extensive dismantling of existing facilities followed by the installation of high-quality glazed ceramic tiles, moisture-resistant gypsum board false ceilings, and premium sanitary fixtures including vanity units and Wudu area mixer taps. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active tax payer status with the FBR and AGPR. The procurement process follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure conducted exclusively through the EPADS portal. Detailed requirements regarding financial capability, including a minimum annual turnover of ten million Rupees and relevant project experience, are specified in the bidding documents. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system before the deadline of 10:00 AM on 18 May 2026, as manual submissions will not be accepted.
