Framework contract for pharmaceutical proficiency testing samples—recurring, as-needed supply to a provincial lab.
Scale appears medium; this is quality assurance consumables, not equipment, despite portal categorization. DDP pricing and e-procurement-only submission are standard. Notable: framework structure allows flexibility in ordering volumes, reducing forecasting risk. Deadline is distant (Oct 2026), suggesting low urgency. Vendor must be portal-registered and demonstrate technical credibility for lab-grade materials.
Who can bid: Must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement Portal with demonstrated technical, financial, and managerial capability. Typically requires NTN, SECP registration (if applicable), and valid business documentation. No PEC category stated (not construction). Portal registration is the binding requirement; no sector-specific licensing mentioned, though bidder should verify lab material supplier credentials.
