Description / Scope of Work
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for comprehensive external boundary wall works at two specific locations in Lalazar, namely sites 1-B and 49-A. This civil and electrical maintenance project encompasses a wide scope of work including the application of weather shield painting with horizontal signage bands, masonry column post construction, and the installation of security features such as razor wire on galvanized iron frames. Additionally, the project involves significant electrical upgrades including the installation of IP65 waterproof LED wall lights, distribution boards, and circuit wiring, as well as the coordination of new three-phase K-Electric meter connections. To be eligible, bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in Category C-6 or above and demonstrate a proven track record of completing at least three similar projects valued at minimum 2 million Rupees each within the last five years. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security of 80,000 Rupees.
