The Trading Corporation of Pakistan in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed proposals from pre-qualified consultancy firms for the comprehensive renovation of its office located on the 5th Floor of the FTC Building. This significant infrastructure project involves a full scope of professional services including the identification of necessary works, preparation of detailed architectural and engineering drawings, development of cost estimates, and the creation of formal tender documents for construction. The selected consultant will be responsible for the complete supervision of site works to ensure adherence to quality standards, verification of contractor bills, and the final handover of the renovated facility. This tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring both technical and financial proposals to be submitted electronically. Interested firms must provide a team of qualified professionals, including a team leader, site architect, and MEP specialist, each with significant industry experience. All submissions must be processed through the EPADS portal by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 18 May 2026, with the project expected to be completed within an eight-month timeframe.
