Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari in Karachi, Sindh invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the improvement and construction of Chakiwara Park located in Union Council 06, Kala Kot. This project has an estimated cost of 1,539,172 Rupees and falls under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. The scope of work involves both scheduled and non-scheduled items, including surface preparation, weather coat painting, and the provision of garden soil, manure, shrubs, and seasonal plants. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing mosaic benches and a printed fiberglass shade with a steel frame. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the FBR, possessing a valid NTN and relevant PEC category registration. Interested parties must demonstrate experience with at least two similar projects of 50 percent value or one project of 80 percent value within the last five years. A bid security of 5 percent of the quoted amount is required. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
