Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) in Shangla, KPK invites electronic bids for extensive infrastructure development projects across various tehsils of District Shangla. This significant procurement effort, organized under the Ministry of Housing & Works, involves multiple contract packages for the construction of steel girder RCC bridges, suspension jeepable and foot bridges, and arch bridges. Additionally, the scope covers the development of jeepable roads, PCC roads, and blacktop/TST roads, alongside the implementation of various Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS). The projects are distributed across several Union Councils, including Alpuri, Lilowani, Pir Khana, Besham, Martung, and others. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 and above with relevant specialized codes to be eligible. The estimated cost for individual work packages is approximately 44 million Rupees, with a required bid security of 1.8 million Rupees per lot. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 15 May 2026.
