Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of redundant transmission line material via e-auction (Tender No. 273). Bidders must provide original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) from a scheduled bank with a rating of A+ or above, valid for 120 days. Material is sold on an 'as is where is' basis, and the successful bidder is responsible for dismantling and removing the material from the site within 35 working days of the release order. Full payment must be made within 21 working days of the Letter of Acceptance. Applicable taxes include 18% GST and 10% Income Tax. Bidders must certify they are not blacklisted by WAPDA, DISCOs, or other government departments.
