National Radio and Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC), Haripur, KPK, invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of 3 units of Laser Projectors. The specification calls for Panasonic Multimedia Projector PT-VMZ61 or equivalent with 6,200 lumens brightness, WUXGA resolution (1920x1200) with 4K acceptance, LCD panel with laser solid shine technology, dynamic contrast ratio 3,000,000:1, light source life of 20,000 hours in normal mode and 24,000 hours in eco mode, daylight viewing capability, 10W built-in speaker, LAN connectivity, 2 HDMI ports, 2 VGA inputs, USB for wireless projection (optional module), corner correction, and lens shift capability (vertical and horizontal). Eligibility is restricted to Income Tax and GST registered firms and companies on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Suppliers must be active taxpayers; otherwise bids will be cancelled. A bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of NRTC Haripur is mandatory. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded through EPADS 2.0 Version. Financial health documentation (Form #4) from tender documents must be attached. Prices must be quoted separately inclusive and exclusive of taxes in Pakistani Rupees. Standard warranty applies. Bid validity period is 90 days.
