The Human Development Foundation in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed quotations for the installation of five solarized reverse osmosis water filtration plants and the solarization of one existing filtration plant. This project aims to address the essential water needs of marginalized communities within District Rahim Yar Khan by utilizing sustainable energy solutions. Bidders are required to provide a comprehensive work plan and must possess valid PEC certificates in the C5 or C6 categories to be eligible for consideration. The scope of work involves technical installation as per the provided bills of quantities for various locations including Basti Langer Khan and Basti Mochki. A refundable bid security of fifty thousand Rupees must accompany the submission, and the successful bidder will be required to submit a three percent performance bond. Interested firms must submit their signed and stamped quotations on company letterhead via courier to the procurement department in Islamabad or through the designated email address. All proposals must be received by 3:00 PM on 11 May 2026 to be considered for this development initiative.
