The Human Development Foundation Pakistan in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed quotations for the installation of five solarized Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration plants. Additionally, the project includes the installation of a solar power system for an existing water filtration plant in the district. This initiative aims to provide sustainable clean drinking water to marginalized communities. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC Certificates in the C5 or C6 categories and provide a detailed work plan along with their technical submission. All quoted prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes and remain valid for a period of sixty days. A refundable bid security of 50,000 PKR is required at the time of submission, and the successful qualifier must provide a three percent performance bond. Interested firms should submit their signed and stamped proposals via post or email to the procurement department in Islamabad. The deadline for receipt of all bidding documents and financial quotations is 3:00 PM on 11 May 2026.
