Infrastructure rehabilitation project to reconstruct a damaged water channel serving Hunza region, estimated at PKR 16.7 million.

Single-stage two-envelope procedure indicates moderate complexity. PEC Category C6/CE-04 classified work suggests civil/structural focus. Notable requirement: aggressive pricing (>10% below T/S) triggers 50% differential performance guarantee—cost discipline essential. One-off restoration project with October 2026 deadline; advance document procurement advisable given attestation requirements from magistracy.

Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC registration in category C6/CE-04 and current Certificate of No Litigation/No Sick Projects (first-class magistrate-attested). NTN/registration with tax authorities typically required for scheduled bank CDR issuance. Gilgit-Baltistan contractors must verify PEC reciprocity recognition; all bids require latest CNIC and affidavit of no litigation.
