The Karandaaz Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed quotations for the supply, installation, and configuration of SWIFT Connectivity Link services for the State Bank of Pakistan. This procurement seeks to establish robust MPLS-based leased line connectivity across multiple sites, including two primary links in Karachi and one disaster recovery link in Hyderabad, each supporting a bandwidth of 2 Mbps. Bidders must ensure carrier-level redundancy and full compliance with SWIFT Alliance Connect Silver specifications. To be eligible, participating firms must be SWIFT authorized partners with at least five years of operational history and three successfully completed similar deployments within the last three years. The project operates on a fixed-price basis in USD and will be awarded following the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology. Comprehensive technical and financial proposals, including evidence of a minimum annual turnover of 0.35 million USD, must be submitted both physically to the Karandaaz office in Blue Area and via email no later than 14 May 2026
