The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the comprehensive repair and overhauling of a 132/11.5 KV, 20/26MVA, Minel Make Power Transformer. This critical infrastructure project includes the complete disassembly of windings, replacement of three-phase pressboard insulation including cylinders and angle rings, and the precise resizing of windings on core limbs. The scope also encompasses advanced Vapor Phase Drying (VPD), final tanking, vacuum processing, and oil filtration to meet N.T.D.C technical specifications. Eligible bidders must possess at least five years of experience in manufacturing or repairing transformers of similar capacity and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in category CE-10. Interested firms are required to submit a bid security of 500,000 Rupees and must be registered with the FBR and provincial revenue authorities. The work must be completed within a strict ninety-day timeline following the contract award. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal by 11:00 AM on 19 May 2026.
