Description / Scope of Work
The National Grid Company (NGC) Lahore in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the civil works, erection, stringing, testing, and commissioning required for the raising of the 220kV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi. This essential infrastructure project is necessitated by the ongoing construction of the Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway (LSBM) specifically between Location Number 28 and 30. The total estimated cost for this project is 36,672,796 Rupees. Eligible bidders must demonstrate substantial experience in completing at least 5 kilometers of 220kV or higher transmission line works within the last decade and possess the necessary tension stringing equipment. All submissions must be made through the EPADS system under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. The bid security is set at 733,456 Rupees, and the project is expected to be completed within a duration of 180 days. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the portal no later than 02:00 PM on 18 May 2026.
