For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender, written with AI from the official notice and checked by our quality rules — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Eight separate irrigation infrastructure works across Punjab waterways—bank strengthening, minor/channel tail improvements, and flood bund maintenance.

Individual contract values span 197K–5.3M PKR; total portfolio approximately 9M PKR. Works are distributed geographically (Killianwala, Hotar, Burala Branch, Bhoja, Waghi, Muhammad Shahwala) suggesting minimal mobilization overlap if bidding multiple lots. Item-rate basis allows competitive positioning on unit costs. Tight 90-day bid validity and imminent November 2026 closing (2nd bi-annual cycle) indicates pre-monsoon execution window—typical for canal safety works. No material supply integration apparent; excavation, desilting, and structural interventions dominate scope.

Who can bid: PEC registration in relevant irrigation/civil code mandatory. PPRA registration for 2026-27 required. Current CNIC, professional tax receipts, and PRA enrollment compulsory. Bid security (5% estimated cost) submitted digitally. 10% performance guarantee post-award. Typically, NTN and sales tax registration also required by provincial procurement rules, though not explicitly stated here.
