Description / Scope of Work
The Services, General Administration & Coordination Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced service providers for the provision of security guard services. This procurement is conducted through the Electronic Pakistani Procurement Communication System (EPADS) following the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Interested bidders can access and download the tender documents from the official EPADS portal upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees. A mandatory bid security of 1.000 million Rupees must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft to the SGA&CD office before the submission deadline. All participating firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 2:30 PM on 13 May 2026, with the technical proposals scheduled for opening at 3:00 PM on the same day. Failure to provide the original bid security or meet the specified registration criteria will result in immediate disqualification of the bid.
