Interested parties must obtain necessary plant visit clearance and detailed inspection rights prior to bidding. All bidders are required to visit the plant for inspection between 19 October 2026 and 23 October 2026, during business hours 1000 to 1400 hours. Bidders must submit their plant-wise seperate quotations or rates by 25 October 2026 with supporting demand draft and CNIC documentation. Quotations will not be entertained if demand draft and CNIC copies are not provided. Bestway Packaging Limited reserves the right to cancel any bid or quotation without providing reasons. Bids submitted after the stipulated deadline or without proper security arrangements will be forfeited. Afghan citizens are not permitted to bid, and all mandatory Health and Safety PPE must be worn while accessing the plant premises.
