The Punjab Education Foundation in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of drinking water for all its regional offices during the fiscal year 2025-2026. This framework contract involves the supply of 18.9-liter food-grade sterilized water bottles to regional offices in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Multan, and Bahawalpur. The total estimated procurement value across four lots is approximately 720,500 Rupees, with specific quantities ranging from 300 to 640 bottles per location. Eligible bidders must possess a local presence in the respective cities, provide water test reports from recognized authorities like PCSIR or PSQCA, and maintain a core business in water supply. Bidders must submit a 2 percent bid security for their respective lots, with the original instrument delivered to the PEF head office in Lahore. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure, and all proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 14 May 2026.
