Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Police Department in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of various equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. This significant procurement is divided into two major lots covering plant and machinery as well as high-end IT equipment. The first lot involves the purchase of plant and machinery items such as 650 VA and 6 KVA UPS units, floor-standing water dispensers, heavy-duty pedestal fans, and biometric attendance machines, with a total estimated value of approximately 9.1 million PKR. The second lot focuses on IT infrastructure, including desktop computers powered by Intel Core i5-14400 processors, laptops with Intel Core Ultra 7 255U chips, and various laser and inkjet printers, with an estimated value of 9.9 million PKR. Eligible bidders must demonstrate registration with relevant tax authorities for at least three years and provide a three percent bid security for each lot. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026
