Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General of Archaeology and Museums in Peshawar, KPK invites Request for Proposals from reputable consultancy firms and joint ventures for the revitalization of the Walled City of Peshawar. This project, falling under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan, involves conducting a comprehensive feasibility study, detailed surveys, engineering designs, and the preparation of PC-I and tender documents. The estimated cost for these services is 30 million Rupees. Selection will be conducted via the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, the Federal Board of Revenue as an active taxpayer, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Submission of technical and financial proposals through the e-PADS system is mandatory and must be completed by 12:30 PM on 25 May 2026. A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on 14 May 2026 at the Directorate office to discuss the terms of reference and project scope.
