Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for providing dispatch rider services with motorcycles, fuel and required accessories at SSGC Head Office in Karachi, Sindh. The contract covers receipt, delivery and distribution of official mail and parcels across all SSGC offices in Karachi from Monday to Saturday. This is a non-consultancy services procurement with reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27. The tender is advertised through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 under reference P102352 and will be conducted using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the e-bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are required to comply with all eligibility criteria and evaluation standards outlined in the bidding document, including integrity pact and performance guarantee requirements.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained.
