A 12 kW solar installation contract for a government school in rural Mandi Bahauddin district.
Scope covers full system supply, installation and commissioning with 14-day delivery timeline from order. Tight 15-day bidding window (19 Oct to 3 Nov 2026) and compressed execution schedule suggest the procuring authority has urgent energy needs. Project scale is modest but completion deadline is firm. Warranty obligations (25-year panel performance guarantee) are standard. Worth pursuing if you have current PEC registration and recent solar installation references.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid FBR/NTN tax registration and PEC registration appropriate to solar installation. Solar-installer certification is mandatory. Non-blacklisting status required. Typically, for solar works in Pakistan, contractors must also demonstrate 3 years' relevant project experience and technical capacity to commission grid-tied or hybrid systems.
