Description / Scope of Work
The Maintenance Division-I of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for repair and maintenance works on House No 21, Street 40, F-7/1, Islamabad. The project is funded through the reserved procurement budget for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be executed using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) on or before November 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents.
