Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), the Chief Engineer department, invites sealed bids for procurement of 15-KV XLPE 3-Core 35 mm square cable under Tender No. 4468 with reference P163935. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted in Lahore, Punjab. This is a goods procurement using Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2026. The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Prospective contractors should review all eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria detailed in the bidding documents before submission.
E-bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 30, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
