Two separate hydro infrastructure contracts totaling ~4.5 million rupees: Contract 1 addresses rehabilitation/maintenance across four small power stations (3.0MW down to 350KW) scattered across AJK; C…
ntract 2 focuses on larger rehabilitation and protection works at Jangran Kotton (30.4MW asset) plus transmission infrastructure (33/11KV and 132KV). Scale is medium with tight deadline (Nov 2026). Unusual requirement: additional performance security triggered if bid undercuts estimated cost by >10%. This suggests budget discipline and contractor financial stability matter heavily to the client.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory at C-6 or above with CE-04 or CE-10 specialization codes (civil/hydro focus). No blacklist history and no active government disputes anywhere in Pakistan or federally administered areas. NTN/SECP registration typically required for all bidders but not explicitly stated here.
