The Sindh Forest Department in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of residential flats and an office building located at the Forest Campus in Model Colony, Malir. This significant infrastructure project is part of a larger initiative for afforestation and reforestation to enhance carbon sequestration. The scope of work encompasses two primary components including the construction of residential flats with an estimated cost of approximately 122.5 million Rupees and an office building for the Chief Conservator of Forests valued at over 31 million Rupees. The comprehensive technical requirements cover RCC structures, internal and external finishing, electrical installations, plumbing, and firefighting systems. Interested contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in categories C-4 or C-5 depending on the specific work. Furthermore, firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board. The project follows a strict 18-month completion timeline for both structures. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal and provide a hardcopy to the designated divisional office by 1:30 PM on 14 May 2026.
