Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Shahdadpur, Sindh invites e-bids through the EPADS portal of Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority under SPPRA Rules 2010 for nine works totalling approximately PKR 113 million. Works include construction of paver and concrete block flooring with reinforced concrete sewer lines of 12 and 18 inch diameter, rising of drains and RCC slabs at multiple wards (03–04, 05–06, 07–08, 09–10, 11–12) in Shahdadpur; construction and repair of paver flooring and sewer infrastructure along Main Road Flyover to Teen Talwar; construction, supply and plantation of outdoor landscaping and parks; and supply of uniforms (fabrics, saris and jeans) for general and sanitation staff. Tender documents are available on the EPADS portal from 21 October to 4 November 2026.
Eligible bidders must hold current NTN certification and valid P.E.C. category in relevant field where applicable, be registered with Sindh Revenue Board, and possess five years of documented experience on similar works with completion certificates. A minimum turnover of PKR 2–4 million over the preceding five years is required. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated contract value must be furnished as a pay order or bank draft. Tenderers must submit non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 per lot via bank pay order before bid opening. Valid electrical licenses from the Inspector of Electrical Licence Sindh are mandatory for electrical and mechanical works. Bidders must provide an undertaking on stamp paper confirming no litigation, departmental rifts, abandonment or unjustified delays on government projects, and an affidavit that all furnished documents are accurate and complete. Firms blacklisted or debarred by any procurement agency are ineligible.
Bidding documents must be downloaded from http://portalsindh.eprocurement.govt.pk (EPADS portal). Completed bids are to be uploaded electronically to the same portal by 05 November 2026 at 15:00 hours, with tender opening scheduled for 16:00 hours on the same date at the office of the Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal Committee Shahdadpur. If no bids are received, a second attempt will be made with documents available from 06–20 November 2026 and submission deadline of 23 November 2026 at 15:00 hours. Original hard copies of bid security must be submitted in sealed envelopes in the tender opening committee office before bid opening.
