Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs (E), Peshawar, Pakistan Customs, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of food items (ration) under reference P165405 for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope format with Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2026. The procurement covers the supply of ration and related food items to be delivered in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The contract value and exact quantities are detailed in the specification section of the bidding documents.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should possess relevant registration with competent authorities and demonstrated capacity to supply food items meeting the prescribed quality standards. Bidders are required to review eligibility criteria and evaluation methodology outlined in the bidding documents before submission.
