Description / Scope of Work
Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed electronic bids for the establishment of one Biomechanics Laboratory at the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering to support the BS Biomedical Engineering Technology Program. This is a single lot procurement for laboratory equipment and setup required to deliver hands-on biomedical engineering education. The tender is being executed through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)(b) using a Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk on or before Tuesday 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active taxpayer status and possess Manufacturer, Distributor, Dealer, or Supplier status with sufficient financial, technical, and human resources to complete the project. Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit amounting to 2 percent of their Bid Value in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR). The original Bid Security instrument must be physically submitted to the undersigned before the closing time of bid submission, otherwise the respective bid will not be opened. All bids must comply with the technical specifications and requirements detailed in the tender document.

Interested firms should prepare their bid proposals in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents and submit all required forms including Bid Submission Form, Bidder Information Form, Technical Bid Proposal Form, Specifications Compliance Form, and Price Schedule Form.
