The Estate Office Management in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the comprehensive improvement and renovation of electrical and mechanical installations across several federal facilities. This project encompasses federal lodges, the Fatima Jinnah Hostel, and family suites located in sector G-6/4. The scope of work is divided into two primary categories: internal electrification and the installation of a modern security surveillance system. Electrification efforts include the replacement of switches, LED lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and power distribution components such as circuit breakers and wiring. The security portion involves the deployment of high-resolution 8MP bullet and dome cameras, 16-channel network video recorders, and biometric attendance systems including facial recognition technology. The estimated cost for these works is 4.677 million Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C6 or above with specific codes for electrical and mechanical works. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, accompanied by the required bid security.
